i’ve really got to post about other ducks. maybe… hm. everybody has that one minor-to-obscure italian character they’ve adopted. try to guess mine.

it’s ok! it’s ok you didn’t guess.

it is very good to know that there are ducks native to even the farthest reaches of the universe. i would hate for any galaxy to be duckless. anyway, yes, he’s an alien and a tourist, and he came to earth on a flying saucer that can shrink down to the exact size and shape of a dime for convenience. his fingerprint can unlock and unshrink it.

and, of course, his shrunken spaceship keeps getting lost amongst regular dimes, so at the end of every story, he’s got no choice but to stick around scrooge’s money bin because that’s where every coin that’s spent anywhere eventually turns up again.

he’s got some weird powers, like super strong telekinesis and communing with technology, and he’s kind and honest to a fault. like, he can’t lie or say no. scrooge asks him to do something he morally cannot abide and he does it while asking someone to knock him out and stop him.

i like him because he is so weird. he is such an alien. he is so casually massively powerful and he means so well but he just does not consider things from within the right frame of reference.

he’s got just the right amount of quirks and gimmicks and pretty much every one of his stories does something fun with them (there aren’t that many). he’s one of carlo chendi’s ocs, like bogarto, who he sometimes appears alongside.
